I believe everyone can do yoga and I especially love teaching yoga to kids!

In my classes I use playful yoga poses and games to make movement fun while building strength, balance and flexibility.
I teach in a non-competitive environment that encourages self acceptance, which helps improve children's self-esteem and confidence.  I encourage kids to be creative and use their imaginations. I also teach the benefits of relaxation, which can help kids learn to focus and calm themselves.
